ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER IX GENERAL PROVISIONS 49. Transitional provisions.‑‑(1) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Act, a Chancellor's Committee may be constituted by the Chancellor in consultation with the Vice‑Chancellor to exercise the powers assigned to the Syndicate under this Act till such time the Syndicate is constituted in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
