ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER IX GENERAL PROVISIONS 51. Appointment of First Registrar, First Treasurer, First Resident Auditor and First Director of Advanced Studies, Research and Technological Development.‑‑Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, and the Statutes, the Vice‑Chancellor may appoint the first Registrar, the first Treasurer, the first Resident Auditor and the first Director of Advanced Studies, Research and Technological Development or any other Officers prescribed as such by this Act or by the Statutes for a period not exceeding one year on such terms and conditions as the Vice‑Chancellor may determine and report such actions to the Chancellor.
