ACT VII OF 1994 ACT VII OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 An Act to provide for the Establishment of the Balochistan Education Foundation [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 8th September, 1994] No. PAB/LEGIS.V(2)/94, dated 8‑9‑1994.‑‑‑The Balochistan Education Foundation Bill, 1994 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan.on 3rd July, 199.4 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.‑‑‑Whereas it is expedient to establish the Balochistan Education Foundation to promote and finance the development of Education in the Province of Balochistan and matters ancillary, incidental and supplemental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:‑‑
