ACT VII OF 1994 ACT VII OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER II ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FOUNDATION 3. Establishment of the Foundation.‑‑‑(1) There shall, be established a Foundation to be known as Balochistan Education Foundation for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) The Foundation shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and shall by its name sue and be sued. (3) The head office of the Foundation shall be at Quetta.
