ACT VII OF 1994 ACT VII OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER III ESTABLISHMENT 8. Recruitment, conditions of services of officers, officials etc: ‑‑The Foundation shall, by regulation made with the prior approval of the Government, lay down the procedure for the appointment of its officers, and officials and the terms and conditions of their services, and shall be competent to take disciplinary action against them, according to the prescribed rules.
