ACT VII OF 1994 ACT VII OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER III ESTABLISHMENT 10. Indemnity: ‑‑No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be against the Foundation, the Board, the Chairman or any member, officer or official of the Foundation in respect of any thing done in good faith or intended to be done under this Act.
