Budget: ‑‑In the month of November each year, the Foundation shall submit to the Government for approval a statement of the estimated receipt and expenditure in rupees in respect of the next financial year. (2) In the manner prescribed by the Government, the Foundation shall also submit to the Government for approval a statement of the estimated receipt and expenditure in foreign exchange in respect of the next financial year. . (3) The Foundation shall obtain specific sanction of the Government in respect of each individual scheme costing more than ten lac rupees to be financed by the Foundation.
