ACT VII OF 1994 ACT VII OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER VI PENALTY AND PROCEDURE 19. Cognizance of offence: ‑‑No Court other than a Court of Magistrate 1st Class shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act, on a complaint in writing made by the Foundation or an officer/official authorized for the purpose by the Foundation.
