ACT VII OF 1994 ACT VII OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER VII MISCELLANEOUS 21. Board not responsible for certain acts of its officers and officials: ‑ The Board shall not be responsible for any disfeasance, malfeasance and non feasance of any officer or official appointed under this Act or of any person acting under the authority of direction or in subordination to any such officer or official.
