ACT VII OF 1994 ACT VII OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER VII MISCELLANEOUS 22. Power to dispose of land: ‑‑The Foundation may retain, or may lease, sell, exchange, rent or otherwise dispose of any land vested in it.
