ACT VII OF 1994 ACT VII OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER VII MISCELLANEOUS 23. Power of Foundation to make rules and regulations: ‑‑The Foundation may, with the prior. sanction of the Government, make rules and regulations for carrying out the purpose of this Act.
