ACT II OF 1996 ACT II OF 1996 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL INCOME TAX ACT, 1996 1. Short title, extent and commencement. ‑‑‑(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1996. (2) It shall come: into force .at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect from 1st day of January, 1996. (3) It extends to the whole of the Province of Balochistan.
