ACT VII OF 1995 ACT VII OF 1995 BADIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1995 An Act to make provisions for the development, improvement and beautification of the areas comprising Badin District and to establish an authority for such purpose. Preamble.‑‑Whereas it is expedient to make provisions for the development, improvement and beautification of the areas comprising Badin District and establish an authority for such purpose.
