ACT VII OF 1995 ACT VII OF 1995 BADIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1995 CHAPTER ‑ I PRELIMINARY 1. Short title, extent and commencement.‑‑(1) This Act may be called the Badin Development Authority Act, 1995. (2) It shall extend to the areas comprising Badin District. (3) It shall come into force at once.
