ACT VII OF 1995 ACT VII OF 1995 BADIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1995 CHAPTER‑II CONSTITUTION AND FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY 3. Authority and its incorporation.‑‑(1) There shall be an authority to be called the Badin Development Authority for carrying out the purpose of this Act. (2) The Authority shall be a body corporate, having perpetual succession and a common seal with power, to require and hold property, both movable and immovable and may by the said name, sue and be sued.
