ACT VII OF 1995 ACT VII OF 1995 BADIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1995 CHAPTER‑II CONSTITUTION AND FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY 6. Officers and other staff of the Authority.‑‑For efficient performance of its functions, the Authority may, appoint such officers, experts, consultants and employees on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
