ACT VII OF 1995 ACT VII OF 1995 BADIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1995 CHAPTER‑II CONSTITUTION AND FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY 8. Selection of the Authority.‑‑The Authority shall meet at such place and time and in such manner and observe such rules of procedure as may be prescribed; provided that until the manner or procedure is prescribed the meeting shall be held as directed by the Chairman.
