ACT VII OF 1995 ACT VII OF 1995 BADIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1995 CHAPTER‑II CONSTITUTION AND FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY 9. Constitution of the Committee.‑‑The Authority may, constitute Committees such as Finance Committee, Technical Committee or Advisory Committee for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
