ACT VII OF 1995 ACT VII OF 1995 BADIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1995 CHAPTER ‑ V FINANCES 20. Maintenance of Accounts.‑‑(1) The accounts of the Authority shall be maintained in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The accounts maintained under subsection (1) shall be audited by the Accountant‑General.
