ACT VII OF 1995 ACT VII OF 1995 BADIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1995 CHAPTER ‑ VI WATER SUPPLY 21 Supply of water to Government Agency. The Authority shall be responsible for production of potable water and its distribution at such rate and subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
