ACT VII OF 1995 ACT VII OF 1995 BADIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1995 CHAPTER ‑ VI WATER SUPPLY 24. Recovery of dues.‑‑Any sum due to the Authority or wrongly paid by the Authority under this Act shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue.
