ACT VII OF 1995 ACT VII OF 1995 BADIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 1995 CHAPTER ‑ VI WATER SUPPLY 28. Power to make regulations.‑‑(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules the Authority may make regulations for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for‑‑ (i) the meetings and conduct of business in such meetings; (ii) terms and conditions of service of officers and staff of the Authority.
