Section Provisions

ACT VII OF 1996 ACT VII OF 1996 ABOLITION OF THE PUNISHMENT OF WHIPPING ACT, 1996 1. Short title, extent and commencement. ---(I) This Act may be called the Abolition of the Punishment of Whipping Act, 1996. (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall come into force at once.
