ORDINANCE LXXXI OF 1996 ORDINANCE LXXXI OF 1996 AWAMI HAJJ TRUST ORDINANCE, 1996 3. Establishment of the Trust.‑‑(1) As soon as may be, after the commencement of this Ordinance, the Federal Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Trust to be known as the Awami Hajj Trust. (2) The Trust shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, and may by its name, sue and be sued; (3) The headquarters of the Trust shall be at Islamabad and it may establish its regional offices in such other places as the Federal Government may determine.
