THE THE ALL PAKISTAN LEGAL DECISIONS BALOCHISTAN STATUTES ORDINANCE I OF 1990 BALOCHISTAN VILLAGE ORGANIZATIONS ORDINANCE, 1990 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment and regulation of Village Organizations in the manner hereinafter appearing (Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 13th August, 1990] No. Legis. 1‑84/Law/88, dated 11‑8‑1990.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on the 26th July, 1990, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ Preamble.‑‑And whereas the Provincial Assembly is not in session and the Governor of Balochistan is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 128 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Governor of Balochistan pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:‑‑
