BALOCHISTAN STATUTES BALOCHISTAN STATUTES ORDINANCE I OF 1990 BALOCHISTAN VILLAGE ORGANIZATIONS ORDINANCE, 1990 CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY 3. Definitions.‑‑In this Qrdinance, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context; (a) "Bye‑laws" means the bye‑laws made under this Ordinance. (b) "Government" means the Government of Balochistan; (c) "Prescribed" means prescribed by Rules; (d) "Project" means a scheme meant for the economic welfare, development and uplift of one or more than one resident of a village or of more than one adjacent villages; (e) "Registrar" means a person appointed to perform the duties of a Registrar of Village. Organizations under this Ordinance and includes an Additional Registrar, Joint Registrar or Deputy Registrar; (f) "Rules" means rules made under this Ordinance; (g) "Schedule Bank" rneans the scheduled bank which has been declared under section 37 (2)(a) of the State Bank of Pakistan Act, 1956 (XXXIII of 1956); (h) "State Bank" means the State Bank of Pakistan; (i) "Village Organization" means an Organization registered under subsection (2) of section 5.
