BALOCHISTAN STATUTES BALOCHISTAN STATUTES ORDINANCE I OF 1990 BALOCHISTAN VILLAGE ORGANIZATIONS ORDINANCE, 1990 CHAPTER II REGISTRATION AND INCIDENTAL MATTERS 5.Formation Registration, etc. of a Village Organization.‑‑(l) Subject to subsection (5), any seven or more individuals, including women, actually residing in the same village or adjoining village may, by subscribing their names and signatures to an application in the prescribed form, form a Village Organization and submit the same in duplicate to the Registrar for registration of Village Immunization. Explanation.‑‑A declaration by the signatories of the application contained in the application to the effect that each of them is actually residing in the same village or villages adjoining one another or each other shall be final and binding on the Registrar. (2) The Registrar, on receipt of the application referred to in subsection (1), shall register the Village Organization and issue a certificate to that effect and every such certificate shall be conclusive evidence of the fact that ail the requirements of this Ordinance in respect of registration have been complied with. (3) The registration of a Village Organization shall bind the subscribers thereof to the same extent as if they respectively had signed the bye‑laws and contained a covenant on their part, their heirs and legal representatives to observe and be bound by all the provisions of the bye‑laws subject to the pro‑visions of this Ordinance and all moneys payable by any subscriber to the Village Organization under the bye‑laws shall be a debt due from him to the Village Organization. (4) From the date of registration mentioned in the certificate of registration, the signatories of the application together with such other persons as may from time to time become subscribers, shall be a body corporate by the name contained in the Certificate of Registration, capable forthwith of exercising all the functions of a Village Organization and having perpetual succession and shall, by the said name, sue and be sued. (5) Every Village Organization shall intimate to the Registrar in writing of change, if any, in its address last intimated to the Registrar.
