BALOCHISTAN STATUTES BALOCHISTAN STATUTES ORDINANCE I OF 1990 BALOCHISTAN VILLAGE ORGANIZATIONS ORDINANCE, 1990 CHAPTER II REGISTRATION AND INCIDENTAL MATTERS 7. Powers of the Registrar.‑‑(1) Every Village; Organization shall send to the Registrar by registered post; (a) List of the members of its Managing Committee immediately on this election; (b) a change in the list referred to in clause (a) or in the list of subscribers subsequent to the registration of the Village Organization immediately on the occurrence of such change; and (c) its annual accounts within three months of the close of the accounting year; (2) The Registrar shall hold a special general meeting of a Village Organisation within one month or receipt by him of a requisition in writing of at least one‑fifth or the number of subscribers of the Village Organisation, provided the Managing Committee has earlier failed to hold such meeting. (3) The Registrar shall also exercise the powers and perform the functions and duties entrusted to him by or under this Ordinance or any other law for the time being in force.
