Service of documents on a Village Organisation and authentication of documents and proceedings.‑‑(l) A document may be served on a Village Organisation by sending it to the Village Organisation at its registered address by post under a certificate of posting or by registered post or by delivering it to the Chairman or Secretary of the Managing Committee at the address of the Village Organisation last recorded by the Registrar. (2) A document or proceeding requiring authentication by a Village Organisation may be signed by the Chairman or Secretary of the Managing Committee.
