BALOCHISTAN STATUTES BALOCHISTAN STATUTES ORDINANCE I OF 1990 BALOCHISTAN VILLAGE ORGANIZATIONS ORDINANCE, 1990 CHAPTER III PRIVILEGES OF VILLAGE ORGANISATIONS 11. Application of Banker's Books Evidence Act.‑‑The provisions of the Banker's Books Evidence Act, 1891 (XVIII of 1891), shall apply to every Village Organisation as if it were a bank or banker within the meaning of that Act.
