Exemption from Stamp Duty, Registration and Court Fee etc.‑‑A Village Organisation shall not be liable to the payment of any stamp duty under the Stamp Act, 1899 (11 of 1899), any fee payable under the Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908), any court‑fee payable under the Court Fees Act, 1870 (VII of 1870), and any other fee, rate, levy, octroi, impost and tax, howsoever styled, leviable or chargeable by the Government or any Local Authority under any provincial law on movable or immovable properties, including their transfer and mutation, income, wealth, profession or export and import of goods.
