Canalization of certain loans through Village Organisation: ‑From a date to be notified by the Government in the Balochistan Gazette in consultation with the State Bank, no scheduled bank operating in Balochistan Province shall extend loans and advances as defined in the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962 (LVII of 1962), for agricultural production and development to the subscribers of a Village Organisation except through the Village Organisation to which they are subscribers.
