BALOCHISTAN STATUTES BALOCHISTAN STATUTES ORDINANCE I OF 1990 BALOCHISTAN VILLAGE ORGANIZATIONS ORDINANCE, 1990 CHAPTER III PRIVILEGES OF VILLAGE ORGANISATIONS 14. Amalgamation or transfer of Village Organisation.‑‑(l) Any two or more adjoining Village Organisations may, by resolution passed by a three‑fourth majority of the subscribers present at a special general meeting of each such Village Organisation held for the purpose, amalgamate themselves into a single Village Organisation: Provided that each subscriber has had clear 15 days written notice of the resolution and the date of meeting. The resolution of the Village Organisations concerned shall, on such amalgamation be a sufficient convenience to vest the assets and liabilities of the amalgamating Village Organisations in the amalgamated Village Organisation. (2) Any Village Organisation may, by a resolution passed in accordance with the procedure laid down in the subsection (1), transfer its assets and liabilities to any other adjoining Village Organisation which is prepared to accept them: Provided that when any such amalgamation or transfer of assets and liabilities involves the transfer of its liabilities by any Village Organisation to any other adjoining Village Organisation, it will not be made without giving three months notice to the creditors of both or all such Village Organisations.
