BALOCHISTAN STATUTES BALOCHISTAN STATUTES ORDINANCE I OF 1990 BALOCHISTAN VILLAGE ORGANIZATIONS ORDINANCE, 1990 CHAPTER V LIQUIDATION AND ARBITRATION 18. Winding up.‑‑If the Registrar, on receipt of an application made by three‑fourths of the subscribers of a Village Organisation present at a special general meeting called for the purpose or if the number of subscribers is reduced to below seven, is of opinion that the Village Organisation ought to be wound up, he may issue an Order directing it to he wound up, and when necessary, may appoint a salaried officer of the Government or any Court or of a Union or District Council as a Liquidator for the purpose without any additional remuneration.
