Disposal of surplus assets on dissolution of a Village Organisation.‑‑On the dissolution of a Village Orgianisation after its liabilities have been met, its surplus assets shall not be divided among its subscribers but they shall be at the disposal of the Registrar for transfer or distribution, as the case may be, to such other Village Organisation or Organisations as in the opinion of the Registrar are nearest in terms of distance to the dissolved Village Organisation.
