ACT VII OF 1976 ANTIQUITIES ACT, 1975 ACT VII OF 1976 ANTIQUITIES ACT, 1975 An Act to repeal and re‑enact the law relating to the preservation and protection of antiquities 31. Right of access to protected immovable antiquities.‑Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules, the public shall have a right of access to any immovable protected antiquity maintained by the Federal Government under this Act.
