ACT VII OF 1976 ANTIQUITIES ACT, 1975 ACT VII OF 1976 ANTIQUITIES ACT, 1975 An Act to repeal and re‑enact the law relating to the preservation and protection of antiquities 35. Confiscated antiquities to be made over to Director.‑‑Any antiquity which is confiscated or forfeited under this Act shall be made over to the Director for custody, preservation and protection.
