ACT VII OF 1976 ANTIQUITIES ACT, 1975 ACT VII OF 1976 ANTIQUITIES ACT, 1975 An Act to repeal and re‑enact the law relating to the preservation and protection of antiquities 36. Indemnity.‑No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against Government or any person for any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
