ACT XLVI OF 1975 ACT XLVI OF 1975 ARCHIVAL MATERIAL (PRESERVATION AND EXPORT CONTROL) ACT, 1975 An Act to provide for the preservation and control of the export of archival material [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 28th April 1975] The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 24th April 1975, and is hereby published for general information :- 8. Indemnity.---No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
