ACT XLVI OF 1975 ACT XLVI OF 1975 ARCHIVAL MATERIAL (PRESERVATION AND EXPORT CONTROL) ACT, 1975 An Act to provide for the preservation and control of the export of archival material [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 28th April 1975] The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 24th April 1975, and is hereby published for general information :- 10. Power to make rules.-----(1) The Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provision, such rules may provide for the procedure for the grant of a licence for the export of archival material.
