PRESIDENT'S ORDER 3 OF 1983 PRESIDENT'S ORDER III OF 1983 AGA KHAN UNIVERSITY ORDER, 1983 [ Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 2nd March, 1983] 16. Order to override other laws.‑This Order shall have effect notwith standing anything contained in any other law for the time being in force.
