ORDINANCE II OF 1979 ORDINANCE II OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN STUDENTS WELFARE FUND ORDINANCE, 1979 2. Definitions.‑‑In this Ordinance, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,‑ (a) "Board" means the Provincial Board constituted by the Government under this Ordinance (b) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Board ; (c) "Fund" means the funds created under this Ordinance ; (d) "Government" means the Government of Baluchistan ; (el "Local Fund Audit" means the Local Fund Audit as provided in the Baluchistan Local Government Act, 1975 ; (f) "Member" means the member of the Board ; (g) "Ordinance" means the Baluchistan Students Welfare Fund Ordi nance, 1979 ; (h) "Rules" means the rules framed under the provisions of this Ordinance ; (i) "Student" means a student studying in a Scbool/College/University run by the Government. .
