Section Provisions
ORDINANCE II OF 1979 ORDINANCE II OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN STUDENTS WELFARE FUND ORDINANCE, 1979 3. Provincial Funds.‑(1) There shall be created a fund in the name of Provincial Fund for the welfare of the Students. (2) The funds shall be raised in the manner provided under the rules.
