ORDINANCE II OF 1979 ORDINANCE II OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN STUDENTS WELFARE FUND ORDINANCE, 1979 4. Organization of the Board.‑(1) There shall be created c Board in the name of Students Welfare Board with its Headquarters at Quetta. (2) The Board shall consist of the following official and non‑official members : (i) Senior Member, Board of Revenue, Baluchistan. . (ii) Secretary Health, Government of Baluchistan. (iii) Secretary Finance, Government of Baluchistan. (iv) Secretary Education, Government of Baluchistan. (v) There shall be three non‑official members to be nominated by the Government and notified in the official Gazette from amongst the public and philanthropists. (3) The Senior Member, Board of Revenue, Baluchistan and the Secretary Education, Government of Baluchistan, shall respectively, be the Chairman and Secretary of the Board.
