ORDINANCE II OF 1979 ORDINANCE II OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN STUDENTS WELFARE FUND ORDINANCE, 1979 5. Functions of the Board.‑(1) The Board shall be responsible for the operation, collection and arrangement of the affairs of the funds. (2) The Board shall provide financial assistance to Students in distress particularly for medical treatment. (3) The Board shall encourage and subsidize sports amongst the students. (4) The Board shall provide financial aid to the students individually or collectively or in any other manner as it deems fit.
