ORDINANCE IV OF 1979 ORDINANCE IV OF 1979 BALUCIUSTAN WAQF PROPERTIES ORDINANCE, 1979 1. Short title, extent and commencement.‑(I) This Ordinance may be called the Baluchistan Waqf Properties Ordinance, 1979. (2) It extends to the Province of Baluchistan. (3) It shall come into force from the date as may be notified by the Government in the official Gazette.
