ORDINANCE IV OF 1979 ORDINANCE IV OF 1979 BALUCIUSTAN WAQF PROPERTIES ORDINANCE, 1979 12. Appeal against the decision of District Court.‑Any person aggrieved by a decision of the District Court under subsection (1) of section 11 may, within sixty days of the orders, appeal to the High Court. Explanation.‑The term District Court used in sections 11, 12 and 13 shall be deemed to include the Majli‑e‑Shooras of Kalat and Khuzdar Civil Districts.
