ORDINANCE IV OF 1979 ORDINANCE IV OF 1979 BALUCIUSTAN WAQF PROPERTIES ORDINANCE, 1979 14. Decision of the District Court under section 11 or the High Court under section 12 to be final.‑If there is no appeal, the decision of the District Court, or when there is an appeal, the decision in appeal shall be final.
