ORDINANCE IV OF 1979 ORDINANCE IV OF 1979 BALUCIUSTAN WAQF PROPERTIES ORDINANCE, 1979 23. Protection of action taken under this Ordinance.‑No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Ordinance or the rules made thereunder.
