ORDINANCE LXV OF 1962 ORDINANCE LXV OF 1962 ALLOPATHIC SYSTEM (PREVENTION OF MISUSE) ORDINANCE, 1962 An Ordinance to prevent the misuse of the allopathic system of medicine and to provide for matters connected therewith [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, 7th June 1962] 1.Short title, extent and commencement.-(1) This Ordinance may be called the Allopathic System (Prevention of Misuse) Ordinance, 1962. (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall come into force at once.
